Delete what you control in the app
Calm Resolve is designed so that raw pasted context is deleted after a result is generated by default. If you choose to save a plan summary in My Plans, you can delete that summary from the in-app deletion path.
Request account deletion
To request deletion of your account and associated personal information, email hello@calmresolvemethod.com with the subject line “Calm Resolve Data Deletion Request”. Please send the request from the email address associated with your account and identify whether you want us to delete specific saved plan summaries or close your account entirely.
We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will confirm receipt and respond within the time period required by applicable law.
What account deletion means
Account deletion removes access to your Calm Resolve account and deletes saved plan summaries and associated account information that we are not required or permitted to retain. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you have an active membership, you should also cancel recurring billing through the billing path provided at purchase; deleting an account does not automatically cancel payment obligations that have already accrued.
Information we may retain
We may retain limited information when needed for legal compliance, tax or accounting records, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, enforcement of our agreements, or other lawful purposes. Retained information will be limited to what is reasonably necessary for those purposes.
Authorized agents and regional rights
If you use an authorized agent to make a request, we may ask the agent for proof of authorization and may ask you to verify your identity directly. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
