Calm Resolve is a private, mobile-first communication decision app for current and past interactions, including dating, family, friends, work, strangers, and other everyday situations.

Information you provide
We may collect information you provide directly, including your account email address, billing and subscription status, support requests, and the context you choose to enter to receive a Calm Resolve result. Please do not include names, contact details, account credentials, precise location data, or other identifying details about yourself or another person in a prompt.
Plan and account information
When you use a full Next-Move Plan, we may create a plan summary containing your selected mode, the recommended move, the associated reasoning, and plan details. A saved plan summary appears in My Plans only if you choose to save it.
Automatically collected information
When you access the Services, we may collect basic technical and usage information, such as device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, referral source, timestamps, and service interactions. We use this information to operate, secure, understand, and improve the Services.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to provide and maintain the Services; generate a requested Calm Resolve result; create and manage your account; process membership access; respond to requests; protect users and the Services; investigate fraud, abuse, or safety issues; comply with applicable legal obligations; and improve the performance, usability, and reliability of the Services.
Calm Resolve is designed for reflection and decision support. It is not designed to determine another person’s motives, diagnose a condition, provide therapy, crisis care, legal advice, or guarantee an outcome.
4. Retention and Deletion
Raw pasted context is intended to be deleted after a result is generated by default. A plan summary is retained only when you choose to save it to My Plans, and you may delete saved summaries through the in-app deletion path. We may retain limited information when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or enforcing our agreements.

5. When We Disclose Information
We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate the Services, such as hosting, analytics, authentication, customer support, payment, and security providers. Those providers may access information only as needed to perform services for us and subject to appropriate contractual or legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information for money.
